School Bus Driver Writes Note To Parents About Their Children’s Behavior And It Goes Viral

Parents never fail to remind their school-aged children to stay out of trouble at school, to be polite, and most especially, to be kind to their peers.

It cannot be denied that even up to this day, bullying at school still happens. Sometimes, those harmless jokes can be hurtful. And sadly, many kids who do this are not aware that they are already hurting others. In fact, many believe that the tactless mouths of these youngsters were influenced by the adults that they are always spending time with. They think that how kids behave and how they treat others will often depend on the parenting and discipline that they get from home.

We always have to remember that children have brains that are like sponges. They absorb whatever they see, hear, and feel from the adults they are with at home. And sometimes, they are still too young to differentiate the good from the bad.

Cindy Clausen is a school bus driver. And every day, she gets to interact with kids that she brings and fetches from home to school and vice versa. But two students caught her attention one day. And with what she witnessed, she felt compelled to call their parents attention.

Cindy wrote the parents a letter. She wrote: “I am compelled to write to tell you how beautiful your children are, inside and out! This can only come from the home, your patience and guidance, the examples that you set and teach.”

You see, among the kids that day, one of them has a disability. Instead of making fun of that boy, these siblings made friends with him and made him feel like he belonged. She noticed how they asked him to sit with them, offered to help him on and off the bus, and encouraged him to talk about how his day went.

Cindy knew that the parents of these kids have always been showing them the right way of treating each other, inside and outside their home.

In her letter, she goes on to describe the compassion and support both Jorge and Annaliese have shown to their fellow student named Jackson. She further wrote: “Some days Jackson is a little sad getting on the bus but as soon as he sees Jorge and Annaliese he smiles. Jackson has difficulties walking and it takes a bit for him to get to his seat. Today Annaliese looked out from her seat and said ‘come on Jackson, you can do it’ and when we arrived at school Jorge took it upon himself to carry out his backpack.

She ended her letter saying:
“I know you know how wonderful your children are, but I wanted you to know that it shows!”

When Annaliese and Jorge’s parents received the letter, they were overjoyed to hear how their kids were behaving at school. They were also glad that the lessons that they teach at home were applied accordingly. As parents, for sure they couldn’t have been more proud of their children. This family should be a good example to other families from all over the world.

Hopefully, there are still children out there who would be nice to others even if they are a little bit different from them.
